Trattoria Bertozzi was founded in 2007 by two leaders, Fabio and Alessandro, two childhood friends who decided to become partners and create a place that faithfully respects the gastronomic tradition of Bologna.
The Bolognese trattoria, which only uses high-quality ingredients in absolute respect of ancient recipes, offers typical dishes using ingredients from the surrounding area, one of the richest and most generous in Italy. Fabio's purpose is to propose a cuisine that conveys the flavours of the past, while Alessandro, in the dining room, creates the right atmosphere to entertain guests, suggesting the most suitable recipes according to personal taste.
